Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: September 17, 2025
At Loong Explorer, LLC, we understand that plans can change. The following policy summarizes our cancellation and refund rules for travelers. For full details, please refer to your signed Travel Service Agreement.
Deposits
- A deposit of $300 per person is required at booking.
- Deposits are refundable within 48 hours of booking (if no supplier bookings have been made).
- After 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable.
Final Payments
- The balance is due 90 days before departure.
- For trips booked within 90 days of departure, full payment is due at booking.
Cancellations by Traveler
- More than 60 days before departure: Refund limited to recoverable amounts from suppliers, minus deposit, fees, and non-recoverable costs.
- 31-60 days before departure: Up to 50% refund, subject to recoverable supplier amounts.
- 30 days or fewer before departure or no-show: No refund.
- Air tickets are non-refundable and follow airline rules.
Cancellations by Agency
- If Loong Explorer cancels a trip (not due to Force Majeure), you will receive a full refund.
Visa Services
- Visa application and service fees are always non-refundable once submitted. In the rare event a visa is not granted, any recoverable costs from hotels, tours, or flights will be refunded in line with our cancellation policy.
Force Majeure
- In cases beyond our control (natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, etc.), refunds or credits will be offered at our discretion, after deducting non-recoverable supplier costs.
Administrative Fee
- Administrative Fee: All cancellations made after 48 hours are also subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of $25 per booking.
Insurance
- We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations and interruptions.
