End to end service for U.S. residents in the New York Consulate district (incl. Pennsylvania). We prepare your application, check every document, submit your passport through our bonded local courier to the Chinese Consulate General in New York, and return it securely once the visa is issued.

Government fees are paid to the consulate and are non refundable once submitted. Our service fee covers document preparation and logistics.
China has launched the new China Online Visa Application system. All applicants must have an online profile and application ID before submission. We will create and complete this application with you and upload the required materials for pre review. Paper submissions without an online application will be refused.

Can you guarantee a 10 year multiple entry visa?
Issuance, validity, and entries are at the consulate’s discretion, though 10 year multiple entry visas are commonly issued to eligible U.S. applicants for certain categories.
Do I have to appear in person?
Most applicants do not. If the consulate requests an in person visit or biometrics for your case, we will coordinate instructions and scheduling.
How early should I start?
Begin 4–6 weeks before travel. Premium service may be possible closer to departure depending on capacity.
Do you handle Hong Kong/Macau entry permits?
