We balance convenience, price, and layover comfort.
• Fare Comparison: published vs. consolidator fares, group blocks, and seasonal discounts; clear change/refund rules before you pay.
• Seat & Meal Requests: seat strategy (together, aisle, or extra-legroom), special meals, and wheelchair service if needed.

• Room Setup: double/twin, family, or connecting rooms available; guaranteed late check-in for midnight arrivals.
• Breakfast & Amenities: daily breakfast included in most stays; Wi-Fi, laundry, and fitness access confirmed before booking.
• Accessibility Options: elevator access and minimal-stairs itineraries for seniors and families.

Simple Booking Process

1. Tell us your travel plan (dates, airports, destinations, preferences).
2. We research flight options and provide the best options.
3. You select the itinerary and we confirm fare rules.
4. You review and sign the Flight Booking Service Agreement.
5. Tickets are issued once payment is received.
6. We assist with airline schedule changes if they occur.

All service fees, fare rules, and hotel policies will be confirmed in writing before booking.

Hotel Booking Assistance

Hotel Service Fee

• • For hotel-only assistance (no flights booked), a simple flat fee applies:
• – $25–$50 per trip depending on number of cities and hotel changes
• • All hotel rates are billed at actual cost and follow hotel cancellation policies
